2. Data we collect

When you submit a contact or checkout form, we collect your name, email, phone number, and country. We also log standard server data including IP address, browser type, and referring page.

3. How we use your data

We use contact data to respond to enquiries and deliver projects. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc. and is never stored on our servers.

4. Stripe and payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy). We receive a payment confirmation but do not access or store card details.

5. Cookies

We use a language preference cookie (cp_lang) and a consent record (cp_ck). See the Cookie Policy for details.

6. Your GDPR rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email hello@copywritingproject.com with your request. We respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

Project data is retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. Non-project enquiries are deleted within 12 months.
